The line that divides Labour from the Tories

Hammersmith and Fulham is an example of the line that divides Labour from the Tories. No one can argue any more with any semblance of accuracy that Britain’s political parties are all the same. That at least is one comforting thought we can take away with us from this crisis.

We have, as a Party, suddenly been reminded of our burning mission to protect and defend the weakest in society from the actions of those with a foolish access to that wealth which first turns heads and then churns stomachs.

So it is that John Healey MP writes in LabourList.org on how foolish that access can get here. Councillor Steven Cowan provides more evidence, if more evidence were needed. Whilst Councillor Theo Blackwell reminds us how we need to get local and expose the Tories as they manage, quite astonishingly, to both cut services and raise charges.
