Boris has chosen to visit Bromley because “he needs an easy ride”

Regarding the visit of Boris Johnson to Bromley for his first Mayor’s Question time, Cllr John Getgood (Labour – Penge & Cator), Leader of the opposition on Bromley Council, commented:
“We’re not surprised that Boris Johnson has chosen to come to Bromley first. He needs an easy ride. His proposals for so called savings in London’s budget can only be achieved by cuts in front line services but that wont worry Bromley Tories.
