First debate of candidates for Mayor of London confirmed

Over 1,000 women will meet on Saturday 12th November at Friends Meeting House, Euston Road for the FEM11 conference. FEM11 will play host to the first London Elections debate with the candidates for Mayor of London:

* Brian Paddick, Liberal Democrats
* Natalie Bennett, Chair of Green Party Women (for Jenny Jones)
* Ken Livingstone, Labour Party
* Boris Johnson, Conservative Party
Chaired by Samira Ahmed, broadcaster

Other speakers at the conference include: Sandi Toksvig (Radio 4), Shami Chakrabarti (Liberty), Zoe Williams (the Guardian), Carlene Firmin (campaigner), and Bea Campbell (author and journalist).
