Contrary to Scottish Planning advice, that Industrial Windturbines should not be built closer than 2 kilometers to peoples homes (and numerous other simular advise and studies, around the world)Subjecting Home owners to noise issues, Vibro Acaustic effects (infra sound) Light Flicker, Ice Throws, meechanical mis haps etc. Are told by Labours minister, Ed Miliband, that....Not only must they endure this, and suffer any personal loss, and effects on their health...But, it should be socialy unacceptable, for them to complain. It is nice then (from the viewpoint of a floating voter) To see, that a Labour MP, does in fact, have some concerns on this matter, of a moral nature.
